Utabibu Investment Cooperative Society (UICS) was registered under the Co-operative Act (Cap 490) laws of Kenya in May 2014.UICS was founded to enable its members acquire housing solutions and benefiting from the economies of scale. Due to its diligence and subsidized costs of land, members of the public were attracted by its products and currently UICS serves its members and the public together.
